In addition to the activities described in response Question 12, Endeavor Law Firm, PC ("Registrant") acted as
counsel in Washington, D.C. for Mr. Oleg Deripaska ("Mr. Deripaska") on political, legal and regulatory, and
philanthropic matters. Specifically, Registrant:

1. Promoted Mr. Deripaska's global energy group's technologies and business interests;

2. Facilitated meetings with leading investors in the United States;

3. Investigated potential joint ventures and other business opportunities in the energy industry in the United
States, including biofuels and natural gas;

4. Consulted with UC Rusal on matters related to the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative, mining
operations in Guinea, the implementation of export restrictions in Indonesia, and related matters;

5. Explored philanthropic partnerships between the Volnoe Delo Foundation and U.S. -based foundations in
areas of education, culture, domestic and global health and global development;

6. Served as legal counsel to Mr. Deripaska on securities law matters; and

7. Advised on and assisted with human resources and miscellaneous contractual matters in the United
States.

Russian Federation Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov

Registrant acted as counsel in Washington, DC for Russian Federation Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov ("Foreign
Minister Lavrov") on political and legal matters as requested, including issues related to mining reforms in Guinea.
